i am not sure kalau orang lain. but to me, kalau orang tu dah cuti, apatah lagi kalau cuti sakit, mmg rasa sgt berat nak ganggu dia. kalau text tny khabar tu kira okaylah. ini text, malah call untuk tny pasal kerja!
come on..tak rasa rimas ke orang kacau privacy? put yourselves in one's shoe la. simple.
it happened to me few times. i know maybe the boss insist those people to call and text to ask something, but work on it first until u think you really have to spoil someone's rest time.been there..the bosses asked me to asked from someone..to know where did she located on file in the server. gila ke hapa? logik la..orang tgh berehat kt rumah. maternity leave plak tuh..nak ingat apa pasal kerja? urat urat dah putus masa nak beranak. memang x ingin la ingat pasal kerja. the colleagues insist me to call her. but i didnt. i try to look for it myself.
try be as logic as possible to get clue on the location of the file. and i got it! xperlu nak ganggu privacy orang lain. apa yang dikejar..kita pun bekerja utk manusia..to please human being? blerggghh

respect others' privacy..as how you dont want others to disturb you.
